Lost Clouds 03:33
Let's walk through the graveyard again Trying to find our old friends Everything's quiet and cold As we sing through the gravestones of gold The moon's like a big white balloon While we stand by a small wooden room And my senses never will sound the same The frame before I became insane I don't know Why are we singing so slow? All alone, all alone Can we find somewhere to go? We pretend to be pieces of planes Flying like kites in a cage I sold my first house for some rain And it came and my brain filled with pain I sank into grass in the ground And my ears filled with telephone sound My eyes were like old silent films How quickly our stars start to spill We all go back to our town Silent shadows of sound The windows are flickering now The TV is talking so loud I turned into a lighthouse today But my light, it still shines the wrong way I keep getting caught in the clouds And I keep getting lost in the crowds My room says it's sorry it knows me My clothes are refusing to clothe me And my army men became marines My dreams are now run by machines

Your name is written boldly on the window of my car So I know that you'll be with me when I fall so very far And my spirit will remember all the things that we have done Before my body burns and I am left with what's to come When the forces pull me upwards, gravity will pull me down Like a planet made of magnets, I'll be spinning all around And I'll see my muscles melting in the center of the Earth From the outside of the opening where I will be rebirthed And nothing matters anymore, no I don't think so I'm willing and I'm waiting to see how far I will go A raincloud will collapse just like the lungs inside my chest And the breeze will blow without me, we know that’s what it does best I see my whole life flash just like a dream before my eyes While I fall into infinity I feel I'll never die But my memories are clouded by a face I can't forget Signed inside in my eyelids she is sculpted in cement Will I ever reach the bottom of this dark and dusky hole? My life just keeps repeating as it skips inside my soul I'm stuck inside the center of this sunny spinning sphere And I'll float for all eternity with no one coming near And nothing matters anymore, no I don't think so I'm willing and I'm waiting to see how far I will go A raincloud will collapse just like the lungs inside my chest And the world will spin without me, we know that's what it does best

Sand Castles 02:18
Castles made of sand found on the ground Will only stand until someone knocks them down Someone oh so careless Who walks without awareness Will overthrow the king and take his crown Letters held by pigeons in the sky Fly to me but merit no reply Cause all the words were written With some fabricated vision That it’s I who let our kingdom go awry But who takes all desire And then throws it in the fire? It seems to me so callous and corrupt I wish I could acquire Piece together the entire Shattered stained glass window you destruct But happiness is something I can’t trust

Untrue 02:47
Seagulls soar like seconds flying by Learning laws and lessons to abide by Ocean cracking noises mask receptors from our oiled eyes And lean against the boardwalk to exhale your foreign cheating cries That haunt my pretty dreams Nothing’s as it seems All because you tried to make me believe We’re sinking in the sea But when I tried to go to somewhere else You tried to make me fear myself And it’s so selfish to sustain This sympathetic strain Hours pass like seconds flying by Calling out false caring angel eyes Missile seeking objects from the space between our satellites Which orbit some bizarre arrangements of the distant candlelight That makes me seem insane But that’s only in your brain All because you tried something else To make yourself felt But that just led to more percussion Beating on your stolen stomach Making poison ivy grow up through Those words that were untrue And now wage all the wars of which I never could endure And now I have to know what I have never known before And sing our sorry song Cause how could I be wrong?

Glaciers 03:35
I saw a mirage of a golden garage And reminded me of you It made me remember that somber September Where all of us fell from view And when you consider the water has withered Away all our scribbled names It seems a bit sadder since none of it mattered But still sacred all the same The last of the children to grow in this building Informed as the final few So write down a remnant, becoming transcendent Remain with the world we knew But father has faltered the bones in the altar Receding the greener grounds The visions all vanished, the details were damaged And nothing more can be found Now it seems We are strangers And old dreams They are glaciers melting away So stare at the ceiling refining the feelings You have in memory Remember the monsters who called you for answers That clearly you couldn't see I wonder if ever you figure the feather We found in the sacred shrine A symbol of something that wrongly went running Away from the leading lines So walk through dimensions to answer those questions Like "what this fate we fear?” But live the regret if you ever forget All the moments of yesteryears And someday I'll see you and go up to greet you And talk for a little while But sadly we'll never reshape those Septembers When all we could do was smile

Sometimes I don't see you Even when you're here So when the camera closes It is all that comes in clear You could paint a portrait Of a racehorse in the spring And trace it on my car window To show me everything And even though my eyes are closed I know that you're around I don't know how I don't know why Let's fly above the clouds Carousel ride on the hillside high Where will we go as we spiral by Close your eyes I will build a subway station, Shape it out of snow And have the engine take me to Wherever it will go Maybe you could join me Where the sunset drowns? And even though the answer's no, There's still snow on the ground Everything is charcoal and The sky is made of silk Spin me around Break me unbound Free me from this filth Carousel ride on the hillside why Spiraling down into the ground Blinding my eyes stealing my time away But I'm okay Or so I say It's all that I want For all your head to haunt Coming down now onto firm ground Oh calliope don't abandon me
